1. Overview

2. Digital Products & Licensing

Quick Solutions Pro specializes in the sale of digital activation keys and licenses for software, specifically QuickBooks Desktop versions.

  • Nature of Product: You are purchasing a digital license key and a download link. No physical media (CD/DVD/USB) will be shipped.
  • Independent Provider: We are an independent service provider and reseller of software licenses. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. Delivery & Activation

Upon successful payment, the license key and download instructions will be delivered to the email address provided during checkout within 1 to 12 hours.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the email address provided is correct.
  • We provide technical support for the installation and activation of the software purchased from our store only.

5. Refund & Return Policy

Our Refund Policy for digital goods is strictly governed by our Refund and Returns Policy page. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that digital products are generally non-returnable once the license key has been delivered, except in cases of technical failure of the key itself that our support team cannot resolve.

6. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (d) to provide false or misleading information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We provide the software “as is” and our liability is limited to the purchase price of the license key in the event of a verified technical defect that prevents activation.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, where our headquarters are located at No. 123, Avenue Hassan II, Marrakesh.
