Refund Eligibility for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (software license keys), which cannot be physically returned or de-activated once revealed, we can only offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Non-Functional License Key: If the provided software license key is verified as non-functional, invalid, or already in use, and our technical support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours of your report.
- Product Not as Described: If the digital product you received is significantly different from the description on our product page (e.g., wrong version or language).
- Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you have accidentally purchased the same digital product twice within a 24-hour period.
Refund Non-Eligibility
We cannot offer refunds in the following situations:
- Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the software after the license key has been delivered.
- Incompatibility: If the software is incompatible with your operating system or hardware (please check system requirements on the product page before purchasing).
- Lack of Expertise: If you do not have the technical knowledge to install or use the software (our support team is available to help with installation).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email our support team at support@quicksolutionspro.shop within 7 days of your purchase. Your email must include:

- The email address used for the purchase.
- A detailed description of the problem, including screenshots of any error messages.
Refund Process
Once your request is received and verified by our technical team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
